Replacement and Cancellation
Replacement –
- If you have received the book not as per your order then within 15 days you can return it through courier (the charges will be reimbursed in your bank, your bank details must be provided with IFSC code).
- You can conveniently go for a replacement if you’ve received an item in a ‘Damaged’ ‘Defective’ state.
Process for replacement
- You can get the replacement from our Showroom located at H.G. Publications, 77, Madangir Village, New Delhi – 110062 or H.G. Publications Branch, Near Monal Hotel, Hospital Road, Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh by showing the purchase invoice or shipping form.
- Replacements will be done free of cost.
- Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock. In case the replacement is not available, we will replace with new book order or you will get the delivery when the stock is available.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order you have to pay only Rs. 50/- per order as cancellation charges within 24 hours of purchase. To be applicable for cancellation the order must be of minimum Rs. 300/-.
Conditions for cancellation
- The book must be in a state same as it has been delivered by us.
- At the time of sending it back to us you must pack it in a way that it should reach to us in its original state.
- Please ensure that the product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

Taxes
You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from us.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
13. Payment Services
While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:
- Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
- Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between “Bank/s”, or
- Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
- Decline of transaction for any other reason/s
All payments made against the purchases/services on Website by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Website will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Website. Before shipping / delivering your order to you, Seller may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online shopping environment to Our Users.
